Karen Daly

Karen Daly is a Vice President and Associate Broker with Meybohm Commercial, where she works with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords across office, retail, industrial, and land and development properties. Serving the Aiken, South Carolina market, Karen is known for bringing people and businesses together through properties that thoughtfully align with their operational needs and long-term goals.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Karen relocated to Aiken in 1997 to pursue her equestrian career. Her professional background spans hospitality, travel, advertising, and marketing—experiences that continue to shape her client-centered, detail-driven approach to commercial real estate. She entered the real estate industry in 2016, bringing with her a strong foundation in relationship-building, creative problem-solving, and strategic communication.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from York University. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, music, food, and raising a teenager, while prioritizing mental and physical wellness through walking, strength training, and personal care. A dedicated community leader, Karen has received multiple Meybohm President’s Awards and a Chairman’s Award, and was named the 2025 Aiken Association of Realtors REALTOR® of the Year. She currently serves on the City of Aiken Board of Zoning Appeals, the Aiken Corporation, and the South Carolina REALTORS® Executive Committee as the 2026 Commercial Representative, among other past and present civic and professional roles. She is also a devoted dog lover.
