Jonathan Aceves

Jonathan is a Vice President and Associate Broker with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises clients on portfolio planning, land and site selection, surplus properties, and investment-focused transactions. Known for his ability to see opportunities from multiple angles, Jonathan helps buyers and sellers navigate complex decisions by connecting strategy, analysis, and execution.

Originally licensed in 2005, Jonathan brings a long-term, owner-minded perspective shaped by both brokerage and executive leadership experience. Prior to joining Meybohm Commercial in 2020, he served as Chief Financial Officer for a community health organization in downtown Augusta, overseeing finance, operations, and strategic planning. That background informs his work today, particularly in underwriting, due diligence, and guiding clients through transactions that align with broader investment and business goals.

Jonathan earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Augusta University and holds the CCIM designation, along with a Certified M&A Professional credential. He lives in Martinez with his wife, Emily, and their five children. Active in the community, Jonathan has served as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church and enjoys reading, cycling with his kids, and spending time with family.
