Danielle Meikrantz

Danielle Meikrantz is a Vice President and Associate Broker with Meybohm Commercial, where she works with buyers, sellers, and investors across a range of commercial and multifamily transactions. Deeply connected to downtown Augusta, Danielle brings firsthand experience as a renter, homeowner, renovator, and property owner - giving her a practical, owner-minded perspective that extends well beyond the transaction.

Danielle has played an active role in the evolution of Augusta’s urban core, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and investment strategy with a focus on alignment, responsiveness, and results. She joined Meybohm Commercial early in her real estate career and was recognized with the Greater Augusta Association of REALTORS’ “Quickest Closed Property for a New REALTOR” award and named to the Meybohm Presidents Club in 2020. Her work is guided by a client-first approach rooted in listening closely, managing details, and creating a process that feels clear and manageable for all parties involved.

Danielle earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Gordon College in Boston, MA and is currently working on her CCIM designation, along with recently graduating from Leadership Augusta in 2025. In addition to her brokerage work, and before entering real estate, she led branding, marketing, and merchandising initiatives in retail and provided financial services support to a wealth management firm. She also invested with her husband in furnished rentals and still manages them for select clients to this day. Originally from Augusta, Danielle lives in the Olde Town neighborhood with her husband, Chris, and their three children.
