William Owen

William Owen is a Senior Investment Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises investors, developers, and business owners on acquisition, disposition, and long-term real estate strategy. His work blends market knowledge with detailed financial and operational analysis to help clients evaluate risk, protect value, and make capital decisions that hold up well beyond closing.

William’s path into commercial real estate was shaped by an interest in how financial decisions translate into real-world outcomes for properties and the businesses they support. Early in his career, he spent several years with Ryan, LLC in commercial property tax consulting, where he focused on valuation analysis and tax appeal work for property owners nationwide. That experience gave him an owner’s perspective on asset performance and reinforced the importance of ongoing strategy, operational discipline, and proactive planning throughout the life of an investment.

William earned his degree in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. His background includes experience in property tax consulting, asset management, and development underwriting, allowing him to advise clients across both transaction execution and long-term investment planning. Outside of work, William enjoys golf, reading, and fishing.
