Stephen Long

Stephen Long is a Senior Investment Analyst with Meybohm Commercial, where he leads underwriting, valuation, and financial modeling to support informed commercial real estate decisions. He helps clients understand the true economics behind opportunities by translating complex financial data into clear, practical insight—allowing them to evaluate risk, compare strategies, and move forward with confidence.

Stephen began his career in real estate while still in college, initially working in residential before recognizing his strengths were better suited for analytical, strategy-driven work. An internship with Meybohm Commercial confirmed that path, and he joined the firm full time after graduating. Drawn to complexity, numbers, and creative problem-solving, Stephen values the responsibility that comes with advising on meaningful financial decisions and the tangible impact that thoughtful analysis can have for clients.

Stephen earned a degree in Finance from Augusta University and holds A.CRE’s Commercial Real Estate Financial Modeling certification as well as the Corporate Finance Institute’s FMVA designation. Outside the office, he enjoys reading, weight training, and continuing his long-term goal of learning Spanish. He lives in Augusta with his wife, Stephanie, and enjoys traveling—especially to national parks—and remains actively involved with Young Life through long-term mentorship.
