Rebecca Wall

Rebecca Wall is a Vice President and Associate Broker with Meybohm Commercial, bringing decades of experience across a wide range of commercial property types, including retail, office, industrial, land, multifamily, mobile home parks, and development projects. She works with clients on sales, acquisitions, leasing, and 1031 exchange transactions, providing steady guidance and market insight throughout each stage of the process.

Rebecca began her commercial real estate career in 1988 and joined Meybohm Commercial in 2001. Her background spans virtually all facets of commercial brokerage, giving her a comprehensive understanding of how different asset types perform and how to structure transactions that align with client objectives. Licensed in both Georgia and South Carolina, Rebecca is deeply engaged in the market and valued for her experience, professionalism, and long-standing client relationships.

Rebecca earned the CCIM designation in 2004 and obtained her Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License in 2009. Prior to entering commercial real estate, her experience included roles in healthcare, lighting consultation, and advertising sales in radio and television—background that continues to inform her communication style and client service. She is an active member of CCIM, ICSC, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
