PJ Furno

PJ Furno is an Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he helps clients navigate commercial real estate decisions with a focus on strategy, relationships, and thoughtful execution. He begins by understanding the business objectives behind each real estate need, then draws on transaction experience, local market knowledge, and creative marketing to identify opportunities, position properties effectively, and guide clients from the first conversation through closing.

PJ began his real estate career in 2009, building a strong foundation in residential sales, new construction, resale, and relocation before transitioning into commercial real estate. After years of helping clients decide where to live, he was drawn to the opportunity to help shape where businesses operate, communities grow, and investors put capital to work. His approach remains grounded in an honest local perspective, creative problem-solving, and relationship-building that extends beyond a single transaction.

PJ earned his degree from Augusta University and has been licensed in Georgia and South Carolina since 2009. A longtime Evans-area real estate professional and Riverwood Plantation resident, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Megan, and their two children. Outside of work, PJ enjoys golf, photography, working on cars, and keeping his yard in tournament-worthy shape. He and his family also enjoy time at Amelia Island and Disney World and are actively involved with the Columbia County Ballet.
