Pam Meek

Pam Meek is a Property Manager with Meybohm Commercial, bringing more than two decades of experience managing a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties. She works closely with property owners, landlords, and tenants to optimize operations, strengthen tenant relationships, and ensure assets are positioned for long-term performance.

In her role, Pam oversees all aspects of commercial property management, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance. She takes a proactive, hands-on approach to day-to-day operations, focused on efficiency, accountability, and maintaining well-run properties that consistently meet ownership expectations.

Pam began her studies at Winthrop University and completed her degree at Clemson University in Art and Graphic Design. She is licensed in real estate in both South Carolina and Georgia, is a Notary Public in South Carolina, and holds a Disaster Management certificate through the South Carolina Fire Academy’s First Responders program. Outside of the office, Pam enjoys creative projects and design pursuits, and values the grounding influence of her family and faith in the work she does each day.
