Matt Rogers

Matt Rogers is a Vice President and Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises clients across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate investments. His work focuses on portfolio management, strategic acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, and guiding timely disposition strategies informed by current and projected market trends.

Matt brings a disciplined, execution-focused approach to increasing asset value, helping clients identify opportunities, optimize performance, and position properties for long-term success. His experience spans multiple asset types and transaction structures, allowing him to support both active investors and owners seeking to refine or reposition their portfolios.

Matt is a graduate of Presbyterian College with a degree in Business Management and is a native of Augusta. He is a graduate of Leadership Columbia County and serves on the North Augusta Forward downtown development committee. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his large family and playing golf.
