Kristina Flanagan is the Accounting & Compliance Manager at Meybohm Commercial, where she supports agents, property owners, and internal teams through accurate financial oversight, compliance coordination, and transaction support. Her role is centered on keeping processes organized, compliant, and financially sound—providing confidence that the details are handled with care and precision.

Kristina has been with Meybohm since 2021, working across accounting, transaction closings, compliance coordination, and property management financial support. Before transitioning into real estate, she spent many years in education, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, accountability, and clear communication. That people-first background continues to guide her work today, allowing her to bring clarity and calm to complex, behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep transactions and operations running smoothly.

Outside of the office, Kristina enjoys reading and is part of a classic literature book club with her grandfather, a tradition she values deeply. She also plays the piano and enjoys spending time outdoors, finding balance through creativity, reflection, and time outside.
