Kevin Craw is an Investment Analyst with Meybohm Commercial, where he supports clients through research-driven valuation, market analysis, and strategic positioning. He works to ensure commercial properties are accurately valued and thoughtfully positioned, helping owners make informed decisions grounded in data and market insight.

Kevin is drawn to commercial real estate for the intersection of data, strategy, and trust. He believes in advising clients with honesty and clarity—providing an objective view of asset value and market conditions, whether the outlook is favorable or challenging. His work supports sale, lease, and redevelopment decisions with fact-based analysis that helps clients move forward with confidence.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Augusta University and completed the A.CRE Accelerator Certificate program. He began his career at Meybohm Commercial as an intern before joining the team full-time. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his dogs and friends, playing cornhole, and staying active in the community through his involvement with Young Life in the Augusta area.
