John Eckley

John Eckley is an Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises clients on industrial and commercial real estate strategy through a consultative, analytical approach. He works closely with owners and business leaders to support portfolio planning, deal analysis, and long-term financial decision-making, helping align real estate strategy with broader business and investment goals.

John’s professional background blends engineering discipline with real-world advisory experience. Prior to joining Meybohm Commercial, he provided consulting and marketing services to small businesses and managed a team of training professionals at Augusta University. His work today is shaped by a process-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to treating client objectives with the same care and rigor he would apply to his own. His specialties include industrial warehouse and flex-space properties, land and site selection, general commercial advisory work, as well as 1031 exchanges, sale-leasebacks, and medical investment and office needs.

John earned degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from Clemson University and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation. He has been recognized as a member of the Meybohm Presidents Club, and his team was named Commercial Elite Agents of the Year – Silver. John lives in downtown Augusta’s Olde Town neighborhood with his wife, Sarah, and their four children, and is actively involved in the community through church and neighborhood leadership roles.
