David Hogg

David Hogg is a Vice President and Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises clients through a consultative, big-picture approach to commercial real estate decision-making. He works to understand not only a client’s real estate objectives, but also how those assets fit within their broader financial position—allowing him to provide guidance that is strategic, informed, and aligned with long-term goals.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, David spent 20 years in banking and wealth management, where commercial real estate assets were often the primary alternative to traditional investment vehicles for his clients. Throughout his banking career, he focused on lending, private banking, trust services, and asset management for individuals and families who owned and managed commercial real estate portfolios. That experience shaped his perspective as an advisor and ultimately led him to pursue a career directly within commercial real estate.

A native of Augusta, David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, hunting and fishing, playing golf, and spending time outdoors working in the yard.
