Curt Hanna

Curt Hanna is an Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises developers, business owners, and investors on commercial real estate strategy and execution. He brings a practical, business-minded approach to each engagement, helping clients evaluate opportunities with an understanding of both real estate fundamentals and the broader operational realities behind successful projects.

Before joining Meybohm Commercial, Curt served for several years as Executive Director of Austin & Pethick Law Firm in Aiken, where he held firm-wide leadership responsibilities and worked closely with commercial real estate developers and business owners in a paralegal and strategic planning capacity. That experience gave him a deep understanding of site selection, entitlement and zoning considerations, due diligence, title issues, and development planning. Earlier in his career, Curt was also an entrepreneur, having founded, operated, and successfully exited multiple businesses—experience that continues to shape how he underwrites opportunities and advises clients from an ownership perspective.

Curt values thoughtful collaboration and enjoys working with clients who appreciate strategic business conversations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their four children, as well as fly fishing and sharing a good bourbon.
