Charlie Moye

Charlie Moye is an Associate with Meybohm Commercial, where he advises clients across leasing, development, and broader commercial real estate transactions. He is known for clear communication, attention to detail, and disciplined execution—particularly once a deal is under contract—helping ensure transactions move smoothly from agreement to close.

Charlie is drawn to commercial real estate as a relationship-driven business, where each transaction represents a client’s livelihood, investment, or long-term vision. With a strong background in sales and leadership, he approaches his work as a trusted advisor—focused on protecting client interests, managing complexity, and delivering reliable outcomes. His strengths lie in leasing and development, where thoughtful strategy and follow-through are critical.

Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University with a minor in Business Administration. He is a CCIM Candidate Member and serves on the Board of the Columbia County Exchange Club. He was recognized as Meybohm Commercial Properties’ Leasing Agent of the Year in 2023. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time with his family and three sons, golfing, hunting, grilling, playing pickleball, and following Atlanta professional sports and University of Georgia athletics.
