Cathy Barreras

Cathy Barreras is the Director of Property Management at Meybohm Commercial, overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence, financial performance, and long-term value creation. She works closely with ownership and tenants to ensure properties run efficiently, issues are anticipated before they escalate, and assets perform as high-functioning business investments rather than just physical spaces.

Cathy began her career in commercial real estate in 2001, spending more than a decade in commercial and specialty leasing with Hull Storey Retail Group (now Hull Property Group). That foundation gave her a deep understanding of how tenant mix, deal structure, and market dynamics shape a property’s long-term success. Her transition into property management was a natural progression, allowing her to apply that insight to bridge ownership objectives with tenant experience. Today, she is known for proactive problem-solving, strong vendor and contract management, and the ability to align day-to-day operations with broader asset strategy.

Cathy is a licensed Associate Broker in the State of Georgia and holds a reciprocal license in South Carolina. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending sporting events, and staying active through running and other fitness activities.
