Brian Sweeting

Brian Sweeting is the Director of Capital Markets at Meybohm Commercial, where he focuses on driving firm investment performance, capital strategy, and investor engagement. His role spans acquisition strategy, capital structuring, underwriting, and risk management, with an emphasis on aligning Meybohm Commercial’s brokerage, development, and investment platforms to create integrated, long-term value.

Since joining Meybohm Commercial, Brian has supported and directed firm-level investment initiatives and institutional portfolio management efforts. Prior to Meybohm, he served as a portfolio manager overseeing private credit investments and secured lending across a wide range of asset classes and geographies. His experience includes originating, analyzing, restructuring, executing, and monitoring investments, giving him a disciplined, risk-aware perspective on capital deployment and portfolio performance. Earlier in his career, Brian worked in capital allocation for a publicly traded REIT affiliate, where he interfaced with shareholders and lenders and supported capital sourcing efforts.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Piedmont University and is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia. He brings a methodical, data-driven approach to capital markets work, grounded in both institutional investment experience and practical real estate execution.
