Bobby Meybohm

Bobby Meybohm is an Associate with Meybohm Commercial, bringing decades of experience as a builder, developer, and commercial real estate professional. His work spans a wide range of project types, including hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, apartments, office buildings, automobile dealerships, museums, and schools—giving him a practical, hands-on understanding of how commercial projects come together from concept to completion.

A native of Harlem in Columbia County, Bobby has worked in both residential and commercial real estate development since the early 1980s. He joined Meybohm Commercial in 2010, adding deep development expertise and long-standing market knowledge to the firm. His background as a builder and developer continues to inform his perspective when advising clients on feasibility, execution, and long-term value.

Bobby is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and has been actively involved in professional and community leadership throughout his career, including serving as President of the Augusta Board of Realtors and President of the Home Builders Association of Metro Augusta. He is a member of the Exchange Club of Augusta and remains deeply connected to the Augusta-area real estate community.
